The poems are covered by the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.0 UK: England & Wales Licence. Roughly, this means, anyone can copy or modify your poem, so long as they credit you and don't make any money from it. The licence is non-exclusive, which means you can apply other licences (which could allow money to be exchanged). The exact wording of the licence can be found here.
The web site code uses standard web building practices and although there's some cute trick's here, none of it's rocket science. Rinse and repeat any of the code you wish, but please credit where it came from.
